Accounts cum HR Executive

Singapore-based trading company representing international labels such as ESPRIT HOME, MARTEX HOME, CHARLES MILLEN, SUZANNE SOBELLE and MILTON HOME.

Import diverse range of lifestyle products from all over the world and distribute them in Singapore's reputable departmental stores.

Lifestyle products include Home Fashion items such as Bed linen, Towels, Mats, Area Rugs, Bedroom Slippers, Tableware, Home Organisers and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of account (includes import & export)
2. AR & AP control and reconciliation
3. Handle human resource matters
4. Inventory data management

Requirements:

1. Immediate availability is preferred. Full-time permanent position
2. LCCI/CAT/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
3. Minimum 3 years experience full set of account in trading company
4. Proficiency in MS Office
5. Pleasant, with high level of integrity and willing to multitask
6. Mature, organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate
