Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in accordance with accounting principles.
Invoice Processing: Process invoices, manage payments, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Budget Assistance: Help prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other ad-hoc financial analyses.
Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation for audits by ensuring all financial documents are up-to-date and compliant.
Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for new hires.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Onboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, induction materials, and orientation schedules.
Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance and process leave requests in line with company policies.
HR Documentation: Assist with preparation of HR-related documents such as contracts, appraisals, and performance reports.
Employee Relations Support: Assist in maintaining a positive and healthy work environment by addressing basic employee queries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in accounting or HR is a plus but not required.
