Job Summary:
Basic up to $2,600
5 Days (8.30 AM to 6.00 PM)
Located at Bright Hill
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting administrative tasks, including the preparation of invoices for both customers and vendors.
Generate billing reports and ensure timely submission to vendors.
Receive and verify vendor invoices before forwarding them to the internal finance team for processing.
Assist in the preparation of contracts and documentation required for new vendor onboarding.
Organize, compile, and tabulate data into clear and concise reports.
Perform data entry and maintain documentation to support ongoing project operations.
Support the monthly attendance process, including tracking of technicians’ rosters and overtime records.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and ensure proper documentation is systematically filed and organized.
Provide general administrative support to the project team as required.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year of administrative, data entry, or accounting support roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Good written and verbal communication abilities.
Meticulous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
