Key Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
-Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.).
-Recording office expenses.
-Word processing and data entry.
-Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
-Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the -company’s operations.
-Receive & verify cost price from all suppliers.
-Issues and verify the purchase order.
-Handling accounts payable and receivable.
-Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
-Contacting clients about transactions, invoices, and payments.
-Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
-Processes all Petty Cash transactions and maintain the Petty Cash float.
-Responsible for monthly payroll.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Min. GCE ‘A’ level
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
Personality with excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in MS office applications.
Proficient in Auto count System
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Speaking Customers
