Accounts Assistant (Full time)
Job description
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting duties including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger
- Keep track daily cash sales bank in and delivery sales transactions
- Update and maintain of bank reconciliation
- Liaise with suppliers for monthly statement and incorrect amount
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation & issue cheques
- Assist in quarterly GST submissions
- Assist in year end auditing and prepare schedule
- Internal audit check for cash sales, cash flow and petty cash
- Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system
- Any other ad-doc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum ITE / Diploma In Accounting or LCCI
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to multi-task, conscientious, tactful and willing to learn new skills
- Positive attitude and able to work independently and as well as in teams
