Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and data entry.
  • Generate monthly sales reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets for financial tracking.
  • Report to the manager on financial matters, including company account reports, budget calculations, and financial planning.
  • Monitor monthly and yearly financial goals and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Take over colleagues' tasks when they are on leave to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support administrative duties such as document filing, handling emails, and coordinating internal office matters.
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers to handle Proforma Invoices (PI), Delivery Orders (DO), and shipping documentation.
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

Requirements:

Minimum A-Level qualification.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team.
Comfortable working with younger colleagues and adapting to modern work practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (Quickbook & ODOO) is a plus.
Strong communication skills to liaise with overseas suppliers.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
