• Position : Accounts Assistant (AR/AP/GL) - Up to $3,500 + VB - NORTH
• Location : North - Kranji Loop (Straight Bus 925 From Woodlands Interchange)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm | Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 1pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + OT Claimable + Variable Bonus + Up to 16 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Health Insurance + Dental Panel Clinic Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Industrial Equipment Wholesaler

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling AP, AR & GL
• Handle petty cash disbursement and process staff claims
• Bank reconciliation
• Deposit paid/received schedule
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficient in MS Excel & Words, SAP
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak Mandarin.
