The Opportunity

  • I am currently supporting a couple of clients looking to hire accounting temps to support.
  • 3 to 6 months contract.
  • Monday - Friday/Office hours.
  • Location: CBD.
  • Candidates without experience but with relevant education studies are welcomed to apply as training will be provided!

The Talent:

  • Minimum: Diploma in Accounting.
  • SAP Experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Table, VLOOKUP.

Job Description

  • Assist in preparation of finance reports.
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry in accounting systems.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to accounting.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and audits as needed.
