Job description
  • Perform data entries, bank transactions, AR & AP functions and admin duties.
  • Assist in filing of GST return quarterly.
  • Handle Payment vouchers and payment requests etc.
  • Assist in issuance of invoices, debit/credit notes.
  • Perform routine accounts administration, data entry and filing.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work independently and also a good team player.
  • Transportation pick-up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang, and Pioneer station.
  • 5 working days.
