Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Process delivery orders and ensure timely customer billing.
2. Prepare and send customer statements of account.
3. Arrange export orders for overseas shipment or on-board vessel delivery.
4. Monitor customer payment status closely and submit outstanding payment reports.
5. Check bank transactions daily and post Official Receipts into the system.
6. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Min. N level
2. Willing to learn.
