Job Responsibility:
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Preparing statutory accounts.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Reconciling finance accounts.
Performing Data Entry.
Supporting superior and colleagues to achieve efficient teamwork.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Central.
Bilingual to liaise with clients.
5 days work week (9am to 6pm).
Walking distance to MRT.
No work experience required.
