Job description

Job Responsibility:

  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

  • Preparing statutory accounts.

  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.

  • Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.

  • Managing petty cash transactions.

  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.

  • Reconciling finance accounts.

  • Performing Data Entry.

  • Supporting superior and colleagues to achieve efficient teamwork.

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Central.

  • Bilingual to liaise with clients.

  • 5 days work week (9am to 6pm).

  • Walking distance to MRT.

  • No work experience required.

  • Full-time position(s) available.

  • Singaporeans are welcome.
