Job Descriptions
:
Accounts Receivable & Payable.
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Invoicing and keeping track.
Handling petty cash claims.
Data entries and recording financial transactions.
Assisting with inventory in/out records with third-party warehouse.
Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum a GCE ‘N’ or GCE ‘O’ Level, LCCI book-keeping.
Conversant with Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
