Job description

Job Descriptions:

  1. Accounts Receivable & Payable.
  2. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  3. Invoicing and keeping track.
  4. Handling petty cash claims.
  5. Data entries and recording financial transactions.
  6. Assisting with inventory in/out records with third-party warehouse.
  7. Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  8. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  9. Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum a GCE ‘N’ or GCE ‘O’ Level, LCCI book-keeping.
  2. Conversant with Microsoft Excel.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  4. Good communication and teamwork skills.
