Accounts Assistant

About the role

As an Accounts Assistant at THAI SING FOODSTUFFS INDUSTRY PTE LTD, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting the accounting team. This full-time position, based in the Woodlands North Region, offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a well-established food manufacturing company.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist on accounts receivable and payable duties, including invoicing, processing payments, and managing account reconciliations.
2. Monitor inventory variance and assist in stock reconciliation, working closely with the warehouse team to track inventory movements.
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in the company's accounting system.
4. Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

What we're looking for

1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field.
2. 3-4 years of experience in an accounts or finance-related role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
