Accounts Assistant
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements, monthly financial and business segment reports.
- Daily functions of the accounts department.
- Ensure the maintenance of proper filing, correspondences, and records.
- Data entry and filing of documents.
Requirements:
- General accounting, diploma/degree in accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- PC literate in MS Office.
- Effective organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
- Knowledge in accounting systems.
