Job description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and documentation for shipping and forwarding transactions.
Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts monitoring.
Liaise with internal teams and clients regarding invoicing and accounts queries.
Support general administrative tasks within the finance and operation departments.
Requirements
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software (preferred).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A diploma or equivalent in Accounting or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
