Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and documentation for shipping and forwarding transactions.
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts monitoring.
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients regarding invoicing and accounts queries.
  • Support general administrative tasks within the finance and operation departments.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software (preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A diploma or equivalent in Accounting or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
