Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Junior/Executive/Senior to join our team. If you have a strong foundation in accounting and administrative support, and you are eager to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

  • Basic accounting functions include preparing financial documents, data entry into accounting system and handle filing tasks.
  • Maintain timely accuracy of monthly accounting entries
  • Check all purchase invoices against delivery order prior to payment.
  • Manage accounts payable, issue payments, process reimbursements, cheques, and etc
  • Manage inventory data entry including issue delivery order, stock transfers, issue delivery order, billing,
  • updating pricing, and stock adjustments
  • Perform monthly stock reconciliation.
  • Verify daily cash/collections, sales reconciliations, and raise invoices/sales journals
  • Perform bank reconciliations, process journal entries
  • Maintain a fixed assets register
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards
  • Prepare management accounts and ensure monthly accounts closing.
  • Liaise with corporate secretaries, accountants, and tax agents

Administration:

  • Provide operational support to ensure adherence to company processes and procedures.
  • Oversee general administrative duties and daily office operations such as replenishment of stationery and pantries.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of facility including Fire Extinguishers, maintenance of furniture and fittings and all other items in offices.
  • Maintain internal and external administrative documents (contracts, licenses, trademarks, emails, etc.)
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments and tasks as assigned by the manger/director.
  • Answering phone call and transfer the line to relevant department.

Requirement:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting or ACCA/LCCI.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or F&B Accounts is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Possess a willing to learn and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of AutoCount Inventory and AutoCount Accounting software is a plus
  • Resourceful, dynamic, and a self-starter
  • Working location in Kaki Bukit area
