Job description

Accounting Duties - Account Receivable & Account Payable:

  1. Generate invoice upon order received (GP, Tender, GeBIZ, Ariba, etc.)
  2. Monitor bank statement and record daily collection (Giro & Cheque)
  3. Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  4. Issuing credit note & debit note for discrepancies if needed
  5. Prepare monthly aging report and send SOA to customer
  6. Assist in annual audit and budget
  7. Record supplier invoice and prepare payment voucher
  8. Ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Administration Duties:

  1. Managing hospital schedule agreement and process PO
  2. Answer incoming calls
  3. Issue and track product samples to salesman
  4. Handle product exchangeable and replacement for customer
  5. Prepare product loan form
  6. Arrange courier service
  7. Purchase office stationery
  8. Handle HR administrative tasks (leave records)
  9. Sort and file acknowledgment invoices
  10. Resolve discrepancies with sales representatives & customers
  11. Assist in e-commerce platform and orders
  12. Ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Qualification: Entry level / Diploma / Higher NITEC in Accounting or Business Studies

IT Skill: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Salary Range: SGD2,000 – SGD3,000 (commensurate with experience)
