Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/Fixed assets/GL).
  2. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  3. Prepare and reconcile GST for quarterly submission.
  4. Prepare audit schedules on a monthly basis.
  5. Monitor credit control and cash flow position of the Company.
  6. Liaise with tax agents, secretarial agents and auditors in all matters relating to tax and accounting.
  7. Maintain all files and documentation accurately, in accordance with Company’s policies and accepted accounting practices.
  8. Maintain ISO and Workplace Safety documentation.
  9. Administer employee welfare and all other HR related activities.
  10. Perform general office administration work including insurance, road tax renewal, upkeep of office premises, keeping track and ordering office supplies when necessary including pantry supplies, forms and stationery.
  11. Liaise with external vendors for outsourced services provided to the company.
  12. Maintain and update IT Asset Management list.
  13. Administer leave and OT using HRMS system.
  14. Assist in administrative and clerical functions.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in full set accounts.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  3. Experience in Oracle Netsuite accounting software or other ERP system.
  4. Meticulous, team player with good interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to work independently.
