Job description

Job Description:

  1. Support daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  2. Ensure and process all transactions in the accounting system promptly and accurately.
  3. Monitor outstanding AR and manage debt recovery process.
  4. Prepare Statement of Accounts, bank reconciliation statement and other financial management reports.
  5. Support general administrative duties, i.e., filing of documents, managing office supplies, etc.
  6. Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Higher Nitec / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Good communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
  3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  4. Organized and meticulous.
