Job description

Job Description

  1. Perform daily accounting duties including payment collections and correspondence for Accounts Receivable (AR).
  2. Assist in monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation and Intercompany transactions.
  3. Perform reconciliation to vendor’s statement of account and liaise with vendor on payment issue (AP).
  4. Perform data entries for vendor invoices into accounting software and update finance records, issuing invoice and cheque.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments and group entities to follow up on related administrative matters.
  6. Provide daily general office administrative support including pantry and stationery purchase.
  7. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Accounting/related accounting qualifications.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  3. Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
  4. Ability to maintain precise records and proficient in a number of accounting applications.
  5. Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
  6. Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
