Accounting Supervisor

Job description:

1. Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
2. Participate in regular tax audits and regular tax returns.
3. Manage month-end and year-end closing. Periodically report F/S to HQ.
4. Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.
5. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
6. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with Headquarter's controlling procedures and targets.
7. Ensure compliance with Singapore law (e.g., tax laws, commercial codes, etc.).

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Accounting or related fields.
2. 2-8 years of related experience.
3. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
4. Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
5. Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP).
6. Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts).
7. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
8. Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Team management skills.
11. Accounting certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) is a plus.
