Accounting Specialist (General Ledger)

Basic UP to $3600 + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits

5 Days (8.30 – 5.30PM)

Job Scope:

• Preparing of monthly management report, financial analysis & audit schedules
• Provide advice on AR/AP on correct GL & GST code entries
• Perform variance analysis & preparing of budget and forecast
• Provide estimate PBT, monthly & quarterly report for Group Accountant
• Liaise with company secretary for annual filing
• Prepare monthly GL journal and closing activities
• Ensure accuracy of monthly closing and deadlines are met
• Any other ad-hoc duties under Finance Department

Requirements:

• Diploma / LCCI Diploma / Degree in Accounting
• 2 Years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in AX ERP is an advantage
