Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts – Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports – Ensure accurate financial statements, investment summaries, and management reports.

• Monitor and evaluate investment portfolios – Track portfolio performance, conduct financial analysis, and provide strategic insights.

• Support budgeting, forecasting & cash flow management – Assist in financial planning, fund allocation, and liquidity monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with accounting and investment regulations – Adhere to financial reporting standards, tax laws, and internal controls.

• Conduct risk assessments and internal controls – Identify financial risks, improve reporting accuracy, and maintain audit readiness.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders – Work closely with auditors, finance teams, fund managers, and external partners to optimize financial strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent course or Professional Certificate (ACCA/CPA) qualifications with at least 2-3 years' experience in accounting/investment.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin as the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
