Job Description
What You Will Do

Prepare technical papers regarding complex accounting issues.
Liaise with external stakeholders on key accounting assessments.
Prepare Group accounting policies and SOPs and align accounting policies across different entities.
Assist with preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures.
Communicate complicated accounting issues in a way that a non-accounting audience can easily understand.
Conduct training sessions to finance teams on accounting concepts.
Implement process improvements for accounting and financial reporting.
Lead ad-hoc projects related to technical accounting, accounting operations, consolidation and internal controls.

Requirements
What You Will Need

Degree level qualification in Accounting.
CPA/CA or other equivalent qualification.
8-10 years of experience in Accounting / Financial Reporting roles, preferably with prior experience in a technical accounting role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS is mandatory.
Passionate about accounting concepts and their applications.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels of seniority and work independently with high attention to detail.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, but not necessary.
Proficient in Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
