Accounting Manager

The company and its subsidiary are in the Retail industry, looking for a Finance Manager to lead the accounts department, assisted by 3 accounts executives. This position reports directly to the company director.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Handling full set of Accounts and day-to-day Finance functions;
2. Issuing invoices to corporate clients;
3. Close monitoring of Accounts Payable, overdue balances;
4. Handling of Payroll;
5. Handling of CPF and yearly IR8A;
6. Preparation of monthly GST Returns;
7. Performing day-to-day finance operations such as month-end closing and year-end closing activities;
8. Prepare regular financial reports (e.g., Profit and Loss reports, revenue reports) and recommendations if applicable;
9. Handling of commission calculation;
10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director;

Knowledge of HR related duties will be very advantageous!

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Possesses minimum Certificate in Accountancy or Finance (Min Diploma);
2. Microsoft Office Skills;
3. Organised and meticulous working style;
4. Able to work independently;
5. Currently using Autocount accounting software and Info-Tech payroll.

Permanent and Full-time salary @ $5,000 to $6,000 per month.
