Accounting & HR Executive

About the role

Power-Cam (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd is looking for an Accounting & HR Executive to join our dynamic team in our Macpherson Central Region office. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the company's accounting and human resources functions.

Finance & Accounting

1. Manage full set of accounts, AP & AR, Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
2. Optimise management of cash flows, process payroll & employee claims, perform vendor payment and outstanding payments
3. Handle audit compliance and engage with external auditors for tax filing, AGM and other secretarial compliance
4. Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes
5. Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

HR & Administration

1. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment
2. Manage office supplies and procurement
3. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
4. Oversee full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment processes
5. Oversee all administrative tasks in the office including receptionist duties to address all general inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in accounting or relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Accounting and Human Resource management roles
• Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Good communicator, team player, meticulous, and independent
• Ability to thrive in a supportive team culture within a small office environment
• 5 days work week
• Walking distance from UBI & MacPherson MRT
• This job is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
• Able to join on short notice will be a plus
