Job Description

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position ofAccounting Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for branch accounting and support in monthly closing
• Review monthly logistic cost billing and liaise with logistic provider for invoices and reports
• Prepare quarterly GST submission
• Prepare balance sheet analysis
• Assist in preparation of business plan – product profit & loss and expenses allocation
• Prepare budget uploading in SAP system
• Prepare monthly recurring provisions journals
• Prepare inventory aging report
• Verification and entry posting for stock transfer request
• Prepare and assist in quarterly stock disposal exercise
• Half yearly inventory count exercise

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in Accounting and Finance or its equivalent
• Min 1 year of experience in accounting role
• Proficient in Accounting Software such as Oracle R12, SAP
• Strong Excel knowledge and application
• Good communication skills
• Team player who is proactive and independent
• Analytical and meticulous
• Open to work overtime when required
