Accounting Assistant (AP/AR)

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting & Finance team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing all bookkeeping, accounting and audit functions across our subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist management in preparing and updating financial statements, budgeting, and forecast reports to support business analyses, such as P&L, cash flow, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Prepare, record, analyze, and report accounting transactions, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of accounting records with accepted accounting policies and principles.
• Review transactions to determine appropriate accounting treatment, funding, and control considerations.
• Follow and enhance internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance-related fields
• 1 year of experience in an Accounting-related role
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
