Accounting and Reporting Analyst (Mid-level/8-month contract/Changi)

Responsibilities:

• BAP (Business Analytics & Planning)
  • Weekly: Gather and consolidate MTD (Month-to-Date) order and sales data for pulse/flash reporting.
• PTP (Procure-to-Pay)
  • Ad hoc/weekly: Request invoice payments and vendor creation in the Noel BPM system.
  • Bi-weekly: Collect data from different sources (systems/emails) and update the PTP Dashboard in Excel.
• RTR (Record-to-Report)
  • Monthly: Assist with TB (Trial Balance) upload into HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
  • Populate sales by location templates.
  • Maintain JE (Journal Entry) trackers.
  • Complete TB flux (Trial Balance fluctuation) templates.
• Other Finance Ad-hoc Tasks
  • Data collection, validation, and compilation for stakeholder requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
• Experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation processes.
• Able to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Able to commit to a minimum 8-month contract role.
