Primary Purpose:

This position is responsible for supporting Retail Accounting Activities.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

1. Perform cash collection and AR application from relevant Landlords, Department Stores, and E-commerce Business.
2. Evaluate customer credit worthiness, risks and determine appropriate credit limits.
3. Support in monthly closing activities for Retail Accounting.
4. Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules and perform reconciliation.
5. Finance operational activities such as Business/Sales License Applications, Stock takes etc.
6. Liaising with the auditor for the annual statutory audit.
7. Perform job-related duties as assigned.
8. SOX Control: Ensure all internal control processes comply with internal company policy.

The accomplished individual will possess...

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance.
2. 3-5 years working experience in Accounting/Finance Department at Multinational Company or Big 4.
3. Experience in credit analysis or a related field.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
5. SAP and Lease Accounting knowledge is a plus.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication, self-initiative, and team player skills.
8. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, as this scope would cover multiple regions.
