Accountant Manager

Account Manager Job Scope (including but not limited to):

1. Handle and review the full set of accounts
2. Financial Statement Management: The Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the company's financial statements, ensuring all financial data complies with company and industry standards and requirements. This includes the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, etc.
3. Budgeting and Financial Forecasting: Participate in the development and execution of the company’s budget, perform financial forecasting, and monitor budget execution to ensure the financial stability of the company.
4. Tax Management: The Accounting Manager must ensure the company's tax compliance, participate in tax filings and planning, engage in tax optimization strategies, and minimize tax risks.
5. Audit and Internal Controls: The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s internal control processes, ensuring financial operations comply with regulatory requirements, collaborating with external auditors, and promptly addressing audit findings.
6. Team Management: The Accounting Manager is required to assist in managing the accounting team, ensuring the team operates efficiently.
7. Compliance and Policy Adherence: The Accounting Manager must ensure all accounting operations comply with financial regulations and company policies, adhering to accounting standards.
8. Cross-Department Coordination: The Accounting Manager collaborates with other departments (e.g., procurement) to ensure the accurate flow of financial information, supporting the company’s operational decisions.

Experience with ERP systems is preferred, as well as experience in accounting for catering groups and accounting firms. The ideal candidate should possess flexibility and a teamwork spirit, with the ability to independently and proactively complete tasks. The candidate should have the capability to serve as a strong second-in-command, supporting senior leadership and stepping up when necessary. Preference is given to candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin.
