Job description

We are seeking an experienced accountant and office manager to handle our company-wide administration including accounting and management reporting at a group level.

Responsibilities

  1. Company Accounting (P&L, debtors, payments, GST etc)
  2. Manage all company administration
  3. Manage business dashboard
  4. Manage HR activities (leave, pass renewal, appraisals)
  5. Handle petty cash and staff expenses claims
  6. Support and maintain office software and subscriptions
  7. Maintain Training Manual
  8. Proactive scouting for Government grants and support

Key Requirements

  1. Diploma / ACCA qualifications
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  3. Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software
  4. Good interpersonal skills and presentable
  5. Resourceful, pro-active, diligent and detail oriented
  6. Enthusiastic, conscientious, articulate and well organized
  7. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  8. Can handle and enjoys a variety of responsibilities
  9. Proficient with office software
  10. Able to maintain strict confidentiality

Relationships

Reporting to the CEO - working closely with the Retail, Projects and Fulfilment teams and OHMM Manufacturing.

Remuneration

Salary based on experience including generous annual leave and health coverage.
