Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements and management reports
Responsible for monthly closing activities and journal postings
Manage GST submission and ensure timely compliance with IRAS regulations
Assist in the preparation and submission of corporate tax
Liaise with tax agents and other external parties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and relevant laws
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Positive attitude and team player
Working Hours:
5.5-day work week
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
