Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements and management reports
  • Responsible for monthly closing activities and journal postings
  • Manage GST submission and ensure timely compliance with IRAS regulations
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of corporate tax
  • Liaise with tax agents and other external parties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and relevant laws

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Positive attitude and team player

Working Hours:

  • 5.5-day work week
    Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
