Our network in the Asia-Pacific region has positioned Rim Polymers as one of the leading manufacturers of Polyurethane machines and plants for automotive, refrigerator & freezer, solar water heaters, wind energy, marine flotation, insulation for LNG tank, panel, pipe insulation and other applications. We are rapidly transforming our machines to be Industrial 4.0 enabled for greater operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts for companies under the Polymers Division (Singapore and overseas).
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reports, sales reports, ratio analysis and cost reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and regional offices to gather financial data and ensure proper reporting.
• Review and analyze financial performance, assist in budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit process.
• Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Monitor cash flow, perform cost and GP analysis and support finance meetings with key insights.
• Provide guidance and support to subordinates in daily operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or completed ACCA with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ERP system; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and drive for continuous process improvement.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with counterparts in China.
• Occasional travel to China required.
