Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts for subsidiaries, including AP and AR
Rental invoicing and monitoring of AR collection
Intercompany invoicing for management fees, reimbursements etc.
Processing payments
Review intercompany transactions to ensure that balances are reconciled on a monthly basis
Monthly bank reconciliation
Monitor and report bank account movements and placement of fixed deposits
Maintenance of fixed assets register
Tax computation / Tax filing
Quarterly GST filing
Liaise with auditors and attend to audit queries for all entities under your charge
Timely preparation of accurate quarterly financial reports (IFRS) for the entities under your charge
On a quarterly basis, assist in the preparation of SGX reporting, Group consolidated accounts and notes to the accounts for board meetings
Preparation of Company and Group Financial Statements (including notes to the accounts) for inclusion in the Annual Report
Preparation of the annual budget for the entities under your charge
Perform ad-hoc administrative support
Requirements

The candidate must be a qualified accountant with a Bachelor degree in Accountancy from a reputable university, with strong knowledge of IFRS and proficient in MS Excel.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 – 6 years’ experience.
Experience assisting with or preparing consolidated accounts is essential in this role.
Candidates in accounting firms with exposure to the real estate sector will be preferred.
Experience with overseas markets like China, the UK, and Australia would be a plus.
