About The Job

Louis Vuitton is seeking an Accountant based in our Singapore office who will be responsible for Louis Vuitton's accounting work related to general accounting, treasury, cash flow & balance sheet management, management reporting, and Corporate Tax for our Malaysia entity.

Job Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities

• General accounting including General Ledger up to Trial balance (include passing Journal Voucher)
• Manage e-invoicing submission to Inland Revenue Malaysia on a monthly basis
• Preparation of Treasury package reporting and cash flow management
• Monthly preparation of Management report/Inventory report/Notes to the Accounts
• Quarterly preparation for Cash Flow statement/Balance Sheet
• Oversee Account Receivable/Account Payable scope of work
• Ad-hoc management reports, government reports, etc.
• Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules
• Furnish information for corporate tax preparation
• Maintenance Fixed Asset Register
• Maintenance of IFRS16 Lease Contract in Nakisa
• Responsible to check Singapore office staff claims submitted via Concur

Profile
Requirements & Competencies

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in full set and reporting
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Meticulous and a team player
• Proficient in Excel Functions (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
• Experience in SAP a plus or with other accounting software
• Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility, committed & possess a “can do” attitude
