Accountant

We are a well-established family office based in Singapore, specializing in multi-asset class portfolio management. Our focus is on innovative and strategic investment approaches, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize portfolio performance. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in our One Raffles Quay office. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for a wide range of financial accounting and reporting duties.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounting, and related matters
• Prepare simple consolidation of accounts
• Maintain and update accounting records with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform data entry tasks to keep our accounting systems up to date
• Prepare auditing trials and assist in handling audit queries
• File accounting records and annual returns in a systematic and organized manner
• Review invoices/quotations and support basic accounting and bookkeeping functions
• Execute banking transfers and maintain cash books meticulously
• Utilize MS Excel and NetSuite for data management and reporting
• Apply basic data analytic skills for financial analysis and reporting
• Assist in the creation of graphical presentations for financial data

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel and NetSuite
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Basic skills in data analytics and graphic presentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication abilities and a team player attitude
