Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle full set of accounts for a Singapore entity.
  2. Process and record payment to suppliers and staff.
  3. Prepare monthly reporting pack for consolidation.
  4. Prepare quarterly forecast and annual budget.
  5. Prepare quarterly GST submission and withholding tax (if any).
  6. Conduct physical stock count and reconciliation.
  7. Assist in preparation of management and other reports when required.
  8. Assist in monitoring trade receivables collection.
  9. Review the accuracy of financial statements for Malaysia and Thailand entities.
  10. Liaise with Thailand finance team on finance and accounting matters.
  11. Main contact to liaise with finance team in China.
  12. Traveling might be required.
  13. Assist in ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts.
  3. Candidate with audit experience background is preferred.
  4. Experience with SAP B1 is preferred.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  6. Able to communicate well in Mandarin verbally and in writing to liaise with associates in China.
  7. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines.
  8. Candidates with shorter notice period are preferred.
