Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with bankers, external auditors, corporate secretarial and tax agents.
2. Assist in Group monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly financial reports.
3. Prepare and review monthly journal entries.
4. Manage cash flow.
5. Review payments for subsidiaries and intercompany monthly confirmations.
6. Prepare for corporate income tax filing.
7. Review GST working prepared by assistants.
8. Ensure timely submission of ECI and tax filings for the Group.
9. Prepare the annual budget.
10. Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
2. Preferably with experience in Trading and Project Management.
3. 5-day work week.
