ACCOUNTANT

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts including the intercompany.
• Manage AR chase for customer payment and AP payment list for the director approval.
• Reconcile system transactions, including bank account, cash, POS, and credit card payments.
• Prepare and update balance sheet assets and liabilities accounts schedule and listing.
• Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and corporate card usage of the company.
• Reconcile discrepancies and variances and keep accurate and updated accounting records
• Review import duty permit prepare by the billing team and logistic firm.
• Review POS stock movement which prepares by the billing team with purchase documents.
• Assist year end stock stake with billing team at the retail shop and office warehouse.
• Payroll processing including CPF submission, IR21 and IR8A.
• Prepare closing stock from POS system and update manufacturing stock movement.
• Liaise with the cross functional department for sales, purchase and relevant accounts matters.
• Updated on ACRA, IRAS, CPF and MOM guidelines and changes if required.
• Government grant, statistic report and survey form online submission.
• Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, and secretary for the year end reporting matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties which assign by the directors.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, POS systems, and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.
