Accountant

Job Descriptions:

1. Handle and maintain AP & GL of the account.
2. Responsible for month-end closing process.
3. Process payments in an accurate and timely manner, filing and documentation with the payment vouchers.
4. Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconciled.
5. Assist to prepare GST report.
6. Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
7. Liaising with suppliers or bankers when necessary for operation banking matters.
8. Support in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
9. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
10. Assist in year-end audit preparation, tax computation and submission of all other statutory requirements.
11. Assist in any ad-hoc assignments and reporting.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree/equivalent in Accounting.
2. ACCA Certificate or Equivalent certificate.
3. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts.
4. Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries.
5. Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Navision preferred.
6. Independent, a strong team player, meticulous, and well-organized.
7. Meticulous, detail-oriented, independent, and accountable.
8. Good communication skills required to liaise with internal and external parties.
