Join Our Dynamic Team as a Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the timely and accurate month-end closing process, ensuring seamless financial reporting to management.
• Take charge of preparing and closing monthly and annual financial statements with precision.
• Manage key accounting tasks, including AP & AR processes, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support intercompany activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with your team, fostering a culture of dedication and mutual support.
• Oversee the handling of claims and insurance renewals.
• Build relationships with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and relevant government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filings (GST/CIT/WHT), audits, and statutory procedures.
• Verify and manage daily petty cash, monthly reimbursement claims, and staff purchases.
• Monitor daily financial operations, such as invoicing, stock management, cash flow, and transactions.
• Prepare weekly bank reconciliation reports and summaries for management review.
• Analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights.
• Review and finalize accounting work completed by your team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Take on ad-hoc assignments to support business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Degree in Accounting or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Highly meticulous, organized, and able to effectively plan, analyze, and solve problems.
• A conscientious, detail-oriented approach with an emphasis on accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with your team and internal stakeholders.
