Accountant

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end financials closing
• Responsible for prompt submission of monthly reporting, management reporting, and preparation of group consolidation financial statements
• Responsible for prompt submission of annual reporting and financial statements
• Support and ensure compliance with all trust & fund requirements
• Manage MAS declaration and annual review submission
• Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, GST tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal
• Plan and manage cash flow projection, funding, budget allocation, and project feasibility study
• Prepare forecasting and review annual budget
• Responsible for loans operation, collecting banks' indicative term sheet, etc.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, ACCA certification, Certified Public Accountant, or relevant field
• 5 years or more of full sets of accounts with leadership experience is preferable
