Job Description

This is a 6 month maternity cover opportunity.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly close activities, including but not limited to preparation of monthly financial package, posting of journals, preparation of balance sheet reconciliation.
• Collaborate closely with outsourced service provider in support of timely invoice booking, accounts payable, cash application, intercompany reconciliation, and other accounting activities.
• Assist in preparing payments on bank platform.
• Support in preparing SOX documentation.
• Support in completion of Singapore Statistics survey requests.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audit fieldwork.
• Support in automation projects, as required.
• Other ad-hoc activities, as required.

Your Profile

• Degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting and/or finance related role.
• Written and spoken English skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Macro VBA.
• Knowledge of AS400/HFM is a plus.
