Responsibilities and Duties
Manage full set of accounts for companies under the group.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reports, sales reports, ratio analysis and cost reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and regional offices to gather financial data and ensure proper reporting.
Review and analyze financial performance, assist in budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit process.
Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
Monitor cash flow, perform cost and GP analysis and support finance meetings with key insights.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, payroll, GST filing, and reporting standards.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with counterparts in China.
Familiar with SFRS and Singapore tax regulations.
Experience with Million / Xero software will be advantageous.
