Account Receivable [ Credit Control ]

Senior Account Receivable Executive
Working days: Monday - Friday
Location: Boon Lay
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3800

Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection efforts, negotiating payment plans as needed.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.
• Develop and implement collection strategies, including regular follow-ups on overdue accounts.
• Assist in reviewing legal documents and collaborate with lawyers and credit bureau companies on escalations.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, and monitor risks.
• Mentor and train team members, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address accounts receivable issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Familiar with credit control and collection tasks
• Experience with ERP Systems
