Account Payable cum HR Assistant

Job Scope:

  1. Processing invoices and petty cash claims, preparing checks
  2. Motor vehicle - Insurance, Road Tax, Inspection, Petrol Card, etc.
  3. Company Insurance Policy - Workmen Injury, Medical, etc.
  4. Overtime Calculation
  5. Apply/Renew Work Pass
  6. Annual/Medical Leave Record
  7. Ad Hoc Tasks assigned by management

Requirement:

  1. Possess a diploma in Accounting
  2. Good in Microsoft Word and Excel
  3. Can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  4. Organized and possess a high attention to detail
  5. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5 Days Work per Week, Walking Distance from MRT Station
