Job Responsibilities
- Assist Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions.
- Preparation of financial analysis and position trackers.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support administrative tasks related to account opening, client’s account review, documentation, and client servicing.
- Assist in resolving client enquiry, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle the complete scope of corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to company incorporation, company strike off, drafting of routine directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, maintaining statutory registers and records, and lodgements with ACRA.
- Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents, ensuring clients comply with statutory requirements and government regulations.
- Compile financial statements and schedules for statutory audit, ACRA filing or tax purpose.
We’re looking for:
- Poly fresh grad with diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in handling of full sets of Accounts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
