Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive in Singapore for New Seller Recruitment for Amazon Singapore. He/she will be responsible for leading recruitment and growth of third-party Sellers across key product categories on Amazon Singapore marketplace. This includes driving new Seller life cycle across lead generation and qualification, recruitment, account management and seller success/growth. The ideal candidate brings rich industry experience, strong strategic sales skills, relentless focus on the customers and a big vision to support business growth. He/she will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within and outside of Amazon to identify growth opportunities and address frictions to help create compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Core responsibilities for this role include:
- Help recruit Selling Partners who deliver competitive selection, pricing and product availability to our Customers.
- Develop recruitment strategy by analyzing the data and defining value proposition for selling on Amazon.
- Review and monitor performance of Amazon's sellers in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business, including strategizing their promotional plans.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Understand and utilize Salesforce.com CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and status of prospective Sellers as well as respond to business forecasts.
- Meet or exceed operational metrics for managed accounts.
- Feedback to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Amazon Seller Services to Sellers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international markets.
- Support key internal stakeholders in driving change, removing roadblocks and increasing participation by local Sellers with respect to the Amazon Business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience across sales and account management – including prospecting, qualifying, onboarding and management.
- Consistent track record of exceeding organizational goals, backed by strong focus on inputs for driving growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and experience navigating through ambiguous projects where the problems and outcomes may not be defined.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous due to business needs
