Job Title: Account Manager (Industrial Solutions)

Location: Tuas, Singapore (Hybrid)

Our client is leading industrial solutions provider specializing in sealing and polymer solutions, flow control systems, power transmission products, and industrial maintenance services .


Job Summary

As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving sales, and offering customized industrial solutions to key industries, including oil & gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing . You will work closely with customers to understand their operational needs and provide tailored technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Sales & Business Development – Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new clients in industrial sectors.
  • Product & Solution Advisory – Provide technical consultation on a wide range of industrial products:
    • Sealing & Polymer Solutions – gaskets, O-rings, hoses
    • Flow Control Systems – valves, fittings, piping
    • Power Transmission – bearings, belts, couplings
    • Industrial Maintenance & Engineering Services
  • Proposal & Pricing Strategy – Prepare competitive proposals and negotiate pricing to close deals that align with both customer needs and company objectives.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue projections using CRM tools.

Key Requirements

  • Experience : 4-15 years in B2B sales, account management, or industrial solutions .
  • Education : Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge : Experience in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, or engineering sectors is preferred.
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with industrial components such as sealing systems, flow control, or mechanical transmission.
  • Communication & Negotiation : Strong ability to present solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Location & Travel : Willing to travel to Jurong and Tuas for client meetings.
